How Brains Learn

Brains extract knowledge in three modes:

Knowledge Validation

Each extracted knowledge item has a confidence score (0-100%). Items flow through your governance pipeline:

Automatic Validation

Items above your confidence threshold are automatically approved and added to the brain’s knowledge base.

Manual Validation

Items requiring review appear in the validation queue. Approvers can:
  • Approve — Accept the knowledge item as-is
  • Modify — Edit the item before approving
  • Reject — Discard the item

Hybrid Validation

Combines both: high-confidence items auto-approve, lower-confidence items go to the queue.

Using Brain Knowledge

Once a brain has validated knowledge, it enhances AI across your organization:
  • Teamspaces connected to the brain get smarter answers
  • AI Boxes can leverage brain knowledge for better processing
  • Multiple teamspaces and boxes can share the same brain
