Overview
Once a Box is installed and configured, you can run it to process data from your connected apps. Choose a run mode based on your needs, monitor progress in real time, and review results when complete.Run Modes
All run modes consume credits. The credit cost is displayed before you start.
Starting a Run

Open the Box
Navigate to AI Boxes > My Boxes and click the Box you want to run.

Select Run Mode
Choose Preview, Test, or Full from the run mode selector.

Review Credit Cost
The credit cost for the selected run mode is displayed. Confirm you have sufficient credits.

Execute
Click Run to start. Progress updates stream in real time via WebSocket.
Monitoring Progress
During a run, you’ll see:- Step-by-step progress — Which workflow step is currently executing
- Item count — How many items have been processed vs. total
- Status indicators — Running, completed, failed for each step
- Real-time updates — Progress refreshes automatically

Run History
View past runs from the Box detail page:- Run date and duration — When the run started and how long it took
- Mode — Which run mode was used
- Status — Final outcome
- Items processed — How many items were handled
- Credit cost — Credits consumed
Credits
- Every run consumes credits, regardless of mode
- Credit cost varies by Box complexity and number of items
- The cost is clearly displayed before you confirm
