Overview

After a Box run completes, you review the outputs and decide what to do with each processed item. The triage view lets you approve, reject, modify, or take custom actions on Box results.

Reviewing Outputs

Navigate to your Box’s detail page and click on a completed run to see the results. Each output item shows:
  • Summary — What the Box found or decided
  • Source data — The original input (email, document, etc.)
  • AI analysis — The Box’s reasoning and recommendations
  • Suggested actions — What the Box recommends you do

Taking Actions

For each output item, you can:

Review the Summary

Read the AI’s analysis and recommended action for each item.

Decide

Approve, reject, or modify each item based on your judgment.

Execute

For approved items with actions (like sending an email or creating a task), confirm execution.

Paused for Review

Some Boxes are configured to pause for review before taking final actions. In this mode:
  1. The Box processes all items
  2. It pauses with status “Paused for Review”
  3. You review each item and approve or reject
  4. The Box executes approved actions
This gives you full control over what the Box does with your data.
